Averi Burk is a musician local to DFW making the move to Los Angeles. On January 21, 2024 Averi held a going away show at Sue Ellen’s Dallas. Averi’s closest friends, family and fans all rocked out to original songs and covers like “Just a Girl'' by No Doubt.
Averi was joined on stage with Lighthouse, a Dallas based band, backing her and bringing in their own unique talents to the show
For her song “But Jesus Loves Me” Averi’s sister Rylee Burk joined her on stage.
Averi crowd surfing before her finale encore, singing Nirvana’s “Smells Like Teen Spirit” to end the show.
Emotional goodbyes and hugs among Averi’s family & friends as she finished her final performance as a Texas resident.
